GoodWe Australia has a fully operational local service structure with the head office based in Melbourne.

By offering a three-tiered service level approach, Goodwe ensures and guarantees their customers receive the highest quality of service available.

The first level is our National Service Agent, with offices and coverage spanning nationwide. 

The second level includes our Local Service Partner Network with local installers covering all regional and metropolitan areas of Au. 

The third level includes our own employees currently covering areas such as QLD, NSW and VIC. We are also able to provide onsite technical assistance whether that be in the form of commissioning or troubleshooting.

GoodWe Australia boasts a comprehensive incoming phone system to guarantee all incoming calls can be handled efficiently and promptly. The customer will have five options to select from when they make incoming calls to speak with various experts.

Option 1, PV string inverters across residential and commercial products.

Option 2, Battery connected storage inverters.

Option 3, WiFi and monitoring

Option 4, Logistics enquiries for replacement/returned inverters or accessories

Option 5, Sales enquiries.

 

 

Graduated from UNSW with a Masters Degree in Photovoltaic and Electrical School. Commenced working in the solar industry in 2010 having worked for key inverter manufacturers and officially joined Goodwe Australia in 2015.

Mike is responsible for the Technical and Service team within Au.

Masters graduate in Banking at Monash University. Chu is based in Melbourne and has been working for Goodwe since 2014

Chu currently manages the service logistics and supervises Communication Issues Solutions.

 

Graduated from RMIT with a  Master Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering in 2016.

Andy officially join in Goodwe Australia in 2018 and is based in Melbourne.

Andy’s role is includes handling residential and commercial technical queries.
