One Stop Warehouse HR manager is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Sales Admin/Sales Assistant to join our team. The successful applicant will be trained in all aspects of our products and sales techniques to suit the competitive Solar industry. Our operation is purely wholesale business to business transactions.
Sales Support/Admin Account
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Answer incoming sales calls
- Attend to queries and sales
- Ensure messages are clearly documented and passed on
- Where confident, offer simple quotations
- Review incoming sales emails and accurately enter system orders
- Escalate pricing or stock issues
- Assist sales staff as required
This is a 12 month Fixed Term contract position with view to permanency!
Selection Criteria
- Good level of knowledge of MS Office
- Hands-on commitment to getting the job done, reliable and flexible
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of accuracy and eye for detail
- Keen to learn the Solar Industry
- Previous solar or electrical exposure highly regarded.
- Strong desire to move into Sales Account Management highly regarded
One Stop Warehouse HR manager is looking for Warehouse Operators in Erskine Park NSW, Crestmead QLD, Dandenong South VIC, Welland WA.
To ensure all orders are packed accurately for customer or courier pick up. Also, to ensure the warehouse is organised in a way which maximises efficiency and is safe from obstacles.
Perform an array of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse
Operating forklift - MUST have licence to apply
Warehouse Operators - Nationally
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Assist shipping and receiving unloading trucks and checking in merchandise
- Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area
- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to organizational standards
- Open boxes, crates and other containers
- Maintains inventory controls by collecting stock location orders, printing request, recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed through a computer. May also assist in counting of physical inventory
- Prepare parcels for mailing
- Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and work stations neat; Sweep, dust and mop. Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times
- Inventory, Equipment maintenance, data entry and computer skills may be required
- Wear the proper safety equipment
Key Skill Knowledge and Attributes
- High School Year 10 or equivalent preferred
- 1-2 yrs previous warehouse experience preferred
- Good communication, organizational, time management mathematical skills
- Dependable, Reliable and Hardworking
- Experience in operating a Forklift
- Works well in team environment
- Ability to learn basic software to print invoices/packing slips
- Experience in Netsuite (preferable)
- Good English to communicate with clients picking up orders
Qualifications and Licencing Requirements
