GoodWe extends their on-grid inverter warranty to ten years with immediate effect

GoodWe has increased its warranty to a standard 10-year full warranty across its full range of on-grid inverters, when registered on GoodWe’s Smart Energy Management System (SEMS) portal. This represents an increase of five years. This 10-year warranty period will apply to all inverters installed in Australia after January 1st, 2021.

Dean Williamson, Country Manager of GoodWe Australia mentioned that the company is committed to providing assurance and value to their existing and potential customers and this new 10-year warranty solidifies that commitment. He added, ‘we hope this new warranty will give customers more confidence to choose our world leading technology products and that it shows our strong desire to stay in the Australian market for the long haul’.  

Goodwe is encouraging all customers to connect to GoodWe's SEMS portal (www.semsportal.com) and to upload the inverter’s power generation data for their warranty to take effect. Using this system, end users are able to track their power generation data daily. Inverters can also be upgraded remotely with SEMS. Furthermore, the system can also intelligently diagnose issues and send warning push notifications and troubleshooting guidelines automatically.
