DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT

SIGNING CEREMONY

On February 25th, JA Technology and Australian distributor OneStop Warehouse (OSW) partecipated to an Online Distribution Agreement Signing Ceremony. Huang Xinming, Director and Senior Vice President of JA, and Anson Zhang, CEO and co-founder of OSW attended the signing ceremony.

According to the agreement, JA and OSW will further strengthen cooperation in the Australian distribution market and jointly promote the development of the local photovoltaic market.

Anson said "in 2021, OSW will work with JA Solar to provide more distributed customers with higher-quality and more cost-effective products, work together for a win-win cooperation, and make the sky bluer and the water clearer".

One Stop Warehouse has been in the market for 8 years and has warehouses and staff in all major states of Australia. In 2020, we have a market share of more than 20% in the distribution market. The sales of modules over 600MW and the same amount of inverter brackets and BOS photovoltaic accessories will truly provide customers with one-stop service. In the past three years, OSW has been continuously ranked among the top 500 Australian private companies and the top 100 fastest growing companies in Australia. During the 2020 epidemic, it also increased by more than 30% against the trend.
