One Stop Warehouse, office warehouse pick up, and deliveries have limited operational hours between 9 am and 5:30 pm. for the next 2 weeks.
Please consult your One Stop Warehouse Account Manager regarding scheduling your pick-ups and deliveries from the Victorian warehouse and plan for this disruption until notified of changes.
If you must visit us at any of our sites, please adhere to the following rules:
- Please check-in/out by scanning the QR code at reception via the Service VIC app when visiting our site
- Please do not enter the site unless an OSW supervisor inducts you
- Masks are mandatory for all people on the site in Victoria and MUST be worn at all times
- When on-site, please practice social distancing;
- When entering our site, please use the hand sanitiser provided before doing anything else
- When on-site, please do not touch any OSW property or people
- Where possible, please use contactless methods of interaction with OSW employees for all pick-ups/deliveries
- If you have been exposed to a person who is confirmed as having COVID-19 or if you have flu-like symptoms, please do not visit our sites
