The exploration continued with a tour of WOTAI’s Qidong factory, featuring a firsthand look at production lines and a session on industrial energy system solutions, highlighting WOTAI’s capabilities in commercial and industrial applications.
Suzhou Daqin Shuneng:
In Suzhou, the group explored Daqin Shuneng’s showroom and participated in discussions on residential and commercial energy storage systems, gaining a clearer understanding of energy storage applications in various scenarios.
Suzhou Ancient Town Tour:
The cultural journey included a scenic boat ride through Suzhou’s ancient town, showcasing China’s classical gardens and cultural heritage. Guests also enjoyed an evening of Suzhou Kunqu Opera and traditional storytelling, offering a glimpse into the charm of Chinese culture.
On the 26th, OSW introduced its latest technological innovations, including the soon-to-launch GreenSketch PV design software, an upgraded OSW online marketplace, and the Discover Energy VPP SaaS platform for virtual power plants. The group later toured NEP’s microinverter production line in Suzhou and participated in in-depth discussions about NEP’s technological advancements and product details.
SNEC Storage Exhibition:
On the 27th, the team attended the SNEC Storage Exhibition, engaging with leading manufacturers like Sungrow, Daqin Shuneng, and Huawei. They also visited Sungrow’s Shanghai showroom to learn about its development milestones, core goals, and latest offerings.
LONGi Solar Factory and Shanghai Highlights:
The journey concluded with a visit to LONGi’s showroom and automated production lines, where attendees observed real-world applications of solar modules. In the afternoon, the group toured Shanghai’s historic City God Temple and ascended to the top of Shanghai Tower, enjoying breathtaking views. A farewell dinner with LONGi marked the end of this fruitful trip.
