July 17, 2025 - OSW has successfully concluded its Madness Battery Roadshow, a five-city national event series focused on accelerating the adoption of smart energy solutions in Australia’s solar and storage sector. With more than 500 industry professionals attending across Perth, Adelaide, Sydney, Brisbane, and Melbourne, the roadshow provided a valuable opportunity for learning, networking, and product showcases.

Each stop on the tour was designed to deliver practical insights into the latest developments in battery storage, government rebate programs, and solar design tools. Attendees included solar installers, retailers, and energy professionals eager to stay ahead of industry trends and technological advancements.

Key highlights from the roadshow included:

• Product and rebate updates from leading global storage manufacturers, including AlphaESS, Anker SOLIX, Dyness, Fox ESS, GoodWe, SAJ, SMA, SolarEdge, and Solis. Attendees gained firsthand knowledge about new product releases and how current rebate schemes are impacting project planning and customer uptake.

• A live demonstration of GreenSketch showcased how the platform enhances customer proposals with rich visuals and animations, giving installers a more compelling way to present system designs to their clients.

• A showcase of GreenDeal highlighted its role not just as a certificate processor, but as a trusted compliance partner - supporting installers in scaling clean energy with confidence.

• Accredited training sessions by GSES, which enabled participants to earn 20 CPD points, supporting their ongoing professional development.

The roadshow not only highlighted the rapid innovation in battery technology but also reinforced OSW’s role as a strategic resource for solar businesses navigating a fast-evolving market.
